Shipping policy

Parcel Shipping ("Small Package")

A small package is any product that meets Spee-Dee Delivery or UPS van shipping criteria without incurring oversize or overweight charges. The following terms apply:

  • Free Shipping: Regular ground shipping is free for small package items delivered within the Spee-Dee service area or via UPS outside the Spee-Dee region, provided they are sent to your primary business address.
  • Carrier Selection: ITS selects the most cost-effective carrier at its discretion.
  • Backordered Products: Backordered items from an original qualifying order also qualify for free shipping.
  • Exceptions: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, customer locations, or job sites are not eligible for free freight.
  • Exclusions: Oversized packages and items over 50 lbs. do not qualify for free shipping.

Freight Shipping ("Large Package")

A large package includes items that require LTL truck shipment on pallets for protection or products classified as too large or heavy for UPS. The following terms apply:

  • Free Shipping Thresholds:
    • Orders of $2,500 or more of in-stock product shipped to MN, ND, SD, WI, IA, MO, NE, and KS qualify for free shipping.
    • Orders of $5,000 or more of in-stock product shipped to all states except AK and HI also qualify.
  • LTL Liftgate Charge: A $75 charge applies if a liftgate is required for loading or unloading.
  • LTL Residential/Limited Access Charge: A $75 charge applies for deliveries to residences, farms, churches, schools, non-public commercial locations, construction sites, convention centers, prisons, or military bases.
  • Customer or Job Site Shipments: Standard LTL freight charges apply for shipments to customer locations or job sites.
  • Reduced Shipping for TVs: Dealers within the Spee-Dee delivery area benefit from discounted shipping rates for TVs:
    • $90 for 55" and 65" models.

Same-Day Shipping

  • Available via Delta Cargo or UPS Next Day at the dealer’s expense.
