Can I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order, it is best to reach out to your sales rep before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, please review our returns policy for next steps.

What if I want to speak to someone?

What states do you ship to?

We currently ship to the entire continental United States. To enquire about our available forms of shipping, please refer to our shipping policy. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

What is the cost of shipping?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, and include all the original packaging.

*Dealers enrolled in our Dealer Incentive Program are allowed up to 90 days for returns. Please refer to our Dealer Incentive Program for more details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returns can be processed either as a credit back to your account or with a restocking fee of 5% if you prefer reimbursement on your original credit card.

Advanced Defective Replacements

How are advanced replacements handled?

The allotted period for the replacement is 15 days, allowing ample time for the turnaround. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, the payment method on file will be charged by the end of the 15th day.  Failure to return the defective item promptly will result in a charge.

Account Issues

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, use the primary email linked to your account.

Check your inbox for the reset email and click the link to choose a new password. If not found, check spam folder.

Can I reset my password if I don't remember the email address associated with my account?

If you don't know what email address is associated with your ITS account, reach out to our Support team, and we'll help you track it down.
