SHIPPING & SPECIAL ORDERS

A small package is considered any product that meets the criteria set by Spee-Dee delivery or UPS for van shipping without incurring oversize or overweight charges. The following terms apply:

• Free Shipping: Small package items shipped via regular ground within the Spee-Dee delivery area or UPS service outside the Spee-Dee region to your primary business address are eligible for free shipping.
• Carrier Selection: The choice of carrier is at the discretion of ITS, aiming for the most cost-effective option.
• Backordered Products: Backordered items from an original qualifying order are also eligible for free shipping.
• Exceptions: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, customer locations, or job sites are not eligible for free freight.
• Exclusions: Oversize packages and items weighing over 50 lbs. do not qualify for free freight.

A large package includes items requiring LTL truck shipment on pallets for enhanced protection or products classified as too large or heavy by UPS. The following terms apply:

• Free Shipping Thresholds: Orders of $2,500 or more of in-stock product shipped to MN, ND, SD, WI, IA, MO, NE, and KS qualify for free shipping. Orders of $5,000 or more of in-stock product shipped to all states except AK and HI also qualify.
• LTL Liftgate Charge: For cases where loading or unloading cannot be handled solely by the driver, a $75 liftgate charge applies.
• LTL Residential/Limited Access Charge: A $75 charge is applied to deliveries made to residences, farms, churches, schools, non-public commercial establishments, construction sites, convention centers, prisons, or military bases.
• Customer or Job Site Shipments: Standard LTL freight charges are applicable for shipments to customer locations or job sites.
• Reduced Shipping Costs: Dealers within the Spee-Dee delivery area benefit from reduced shipping costs for TVs, specifically $90 for 55" and 65" models.

Available in the seven-county Minneapolis/St. Paul area, ITS provides Sprinter van deliveries. For details on this service, including costs, kindly reach out to your sales representative.

Same day delivery available via Delta Cargo or UPS Next Day at dealer’s expense. Additional restrictions apply. Contact your Sales Rep for more information and cost.

A product is designated as "Special Order" if it is not regularly stocked or readily available in our inventory. It is an item that needs to be specifically requested and is ordered on a case-by-case basis. It also includes "Made to Order" items such as customized shades and screens.

Please allow for extra lead time as these items are not regularly stocked.

"Made to Order" products such as, but not limited to, shades and screens, are non-cancelable/non-returnable and must be paid for before ordering.

Prepayment is required for any Special Order item over $5,000.
