Returns Policy

Stock Items Return Policy:

  • Unopened, factory-sealed stock items can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Credit will be applied to your account for the returned items.
  • If a refund is requested to a credit card, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted.
  • To initiate a return, please contact ITS for a Return Authorization number. Write this number on the shipping label, not on the box.
  • The responsibility for return freight lies with the dealer.

Special Order Items:

  • Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except in cases of defects within 30 days of receipt.
  • If a special order item is found to be defective, it can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Contact your Sales representative to obtain a return number for defective item returns.
  • Some manufacturers might require additional steps, such as obtaining a case number, prior to accepting a return for a defective item.

Drop Ship Returns:

  • If you need to return drop-shipped merchandise, please get in touch with your Sales representative before sending it back to the manufacturer.
  • All drop ship returns are subject to approval.
